On February 2, 2008, at the DC Scottish Rite Center, Illustrious Leonard Proden, 33°, S.G.I.G. of the Supreme Council for the District of Columbia, installed the officers of the Scottish Rite bodies of the Orient. The Illustrious S.G.I.G. was ably assisted by his predecessor, Charles S. Iversen, PGM, Sovereign Grand Inspector General Emeritus.
